How do I explain this to my physicians?

Most physicians' concerns are about time and relevance. We’ll help you draft a one-paragraph introduction you can share before the session that specifically speaks to the physician’s professional context. Nothing goes to your team without your sign-off.

What if some staff members are resistant on the day?

Resistance in the room is usually information. It surfaces when the structure is safe enough for people to show what they actually think. Mike has 20 years of experience in rooms that started resistant. It’s a natural part of the process.

Are the workshops a fixed set of activities?

No. There’s a menu of workshops built for medical clinic teams, and the session is constructed based on your clinic’s specific situation. No two clinics get the same workshop.

How many people can attend?

Team Synergy workshops are designed for whole-team sessions. Contact Mike to discuss optimal size for your clinic.

What's the 3-month challenge?

A structured post-workshop commitment that keeps the CBCF framework active in your team’s day-to-day.

Can we do a follow-up session?

Yes. Many clinics bring Mike back to go deeper on a specific area, or to work through the 3-month challenge outcomes. Some clinics retain Mike on an ongoing basis. Contact Mike to discuss what makes sense for your situation.
