I wish that I could outline 4 or 5 steps that would help you to get to this clarity, but it’s not that easy.

My guess is through consistent practice, constant iteration and being aware of incremental improvements.

In a medical clinic setting, this can take place in many ways, which can include

  • mentorship
  • one-to-one meetings
  • regular staff meetings to align on protocols

But what about things that you don’t know?

As a clinic owner or manager, you could…

  • read books
  • listen to podcasts
  • join a medical association or networking group

The problem is, that most people don’t have time to do these things.  And when they do, it takes time an effort to create, implement and follow up on such initiatives.
